The sixtieth anniversary of diplomatic relations between Iran and the Philippines presents a valuable opportunity to strengthen cultural and artistic connections between the two countries. In this context, the cultural program “Harmony Beyond Borders” was held, hosted by the Municipality of Tehran and the Asian Mayors’ Association in collaboration with the Philippine Embassy. A key component of this program was the performance of the Istgah Orchestra, managed by Mahdi Norouzi, designed to create a cultural and artistic bridge between the two nations.
